Side bending

Bending the sides

Wet the side and wrap in aluminum foil to hold the moisture.

The orange blanket heats to approximately 325 degrees and pressure is applied to slowly take the shape of the side mold.

Once the sides are bent, internal clamps are used to hold it to the mold to mark for proper sizing

Using the mold to keep the wood from trying to straighten while the other parts of cut and fitted to the mold.

This will be finish sanded to be the head block
